About Me
- Name: singing poet
I'm a Sri Lankan pursuing a chemical engineering undergraduate course at the University of Nottingham. Ironically i hated literature in school but now writing poetry has become my passion and a way of expressing myself in verse. My fav quote "Love is like a prickly rose!" I would greatly appreciate if you all would kindly add in your comments and feedback as to your opinions of my work!

the lines are progressively absorbing n da last two stanzas really stirs da heart..wow man..i doubt der can be a better tribute..whoever u wrote dis 4 she must be proud!
This is so good. I am very happy for you and proud of you. One of the important things about artistic work is to use your experiances as they have depth, meaning and feelings that are pure and true that can make the work absolutely divine.

you should try and form a tune for it so that it can be sung coz I'm darn sure that it woould sound brilliant.
